Families & little ones
Do we need to bring baby gear?
Most families don’t. We provide a full-size crib, Pack ’n Play, high chair, video & sound baby monitor, a sound machine in every bedroom, baby bath, a full-size bathtub for kids’ bath time, bouncer, play mat, Skip Hop activity center, push walker, mini stroller, toddler dishes, toddler step stool, potty seat, waterproof crib sheets, toys, a water table, beach toys and two Puddle Jumpers.
What pool safety features are there?
Every exterior door leading to the pool has an alarm you can switch on or off, and the primary sliding doors have child-safety locks. Active adult supervision is always required around the pool. No diving.
Where do the kids sleep?
Bedroom 3 has full-over-full bunk beds with a twin trundle, and Bedroom 2 has a king bed plus a full-size crib. Every bedroom has a sound machine and blackout shades or curtains for naps.
Is there outdoor space for kids to play?
Yes: a fenced backyard with a kids’ playhouse, cornhole, Giant Connect 4 and bocce, plus a water table and the heated pool.
The pool
Is the pool heated?
Yes. The saltwater pool is heated to 86° from October through May. The heater can normally warm the water about 20–25° above the outside temperature, so during unusually cold weather the pool may not reach 86°. This is out of our control.
Can we change the pool temperature?
Please don’t touch the pool equipment. Contact us if the heat settings need to be changed. There is a $500 fee for changing the settings.
Check-in & the house
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. Self check-in is easy with the keypad on the front door.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 9 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Is there parking?
Yes, the driveway fits up to four vehicles. Please don’t park on the lawn.
Are there security cameras?
There are exterior cameras with video and audio on the front of the property only: a Ring doorbell at the front door and a Ring floodlight camera over the garage covering the driveway and front yard. All other areas are completely private to guests.
Is there a washer and dryer?
Yes, a full-size washer and dryer are in the garage.
House rules
- No pets. There is a $500 fee for each pet brought to the home. We do our best to accommodate service animals; please let us know before your stay.
- No smoking inside the home or on the pool patio. There is a $500 fee for smoking, and a $200 cleaning fee if cigarette butts are left on the property.
- No parties. There is a $1,000 fee for parties, plus the cost of any damage or extra cleaning. Guests other than those registered may be allowed with prior approval.
- Four vehicles maximum, and no parking on the lawn.
- No diving. Swim at your own risk.
